Standard Package

This 4-week package is a great baseline option for seasoned moms or those who can confidently put a personalized training plan into action, but also want a little extra hand-holding and real-time support along the way.

Suitable for infants and children 6-24 months.

Premium Package

This 8-week package is a high-touch, concierge service that truly takes all the guesswork out of sleep training! Together, we’ll help you’re little one create a solid foundation for independent sleep and navigate any hiccups that are bound to happen along the way. This is a great option for new and seasoned moms who want a go-to sleep expert in their back pocket to develop your little one into a rockstar sleeper forever more.

Suitable for infants and children 0-5 years.


01. Discovery Call & Intake

Every client starts with a discovery call where we can get to know each other and find out if it’s the right fit for both of us! If we choose to move forward together, you’ll begin the sleep coaching process by filling out a detailed family questionnaire, so that I can get a complete picture of your daily lives and better understand the challenges you have with your current sleep situation.

02. Plan

I create a personalized coaching plan to address your family’s sleep issues, including a step-by-step guide for what to do and how to do it, to reach your individual goals as quickly and easily as possible. These plans always focus on respecting your unique parenting style, family dynamic, and your child’s temperament, so you feel completely confident when putting it into practice.

03. Action

Now it’s time to put your plan in motion! Depending on the package you selected, you may or may not get ongoing text support from me along the way to encourage you through tough moments and answer questions or concerns along the way.

04. Results & Support

Most families see significant progress by day 4, with most seeing lasting results by weeks 2-4. Every child learns new sleep skills at a different pace, so it’s important to be patient and consistent throughout the process and results will come - guaranteed!
